A spreadsheet kit that shows what you actually keep per night and per stay — and what nightly price you’d need to hold your old payout.
No account and no email needed. 14-day no-questions refund — just email us. See refund policy.
An Excel / Google Sheets workbook (.xlsx — open in Excel, or in Google Sheets via File → Import). Yellow cells are inputs; green cells are formulas.
Short-term rental hosts and co-hosts who are on (or moving to) Airbnb’s single-fee structure and want clear arithmetic instead of guessing. If you only want a quick one-off number, the worked example below may be all you need.
Under Airbnb’s single-fee structure, the fee is deducted entirely from the host’s payout. Airbnb’s Help Center says most hosts pay 15.5% (some pay somewhat more or less, and 16% in Brazil and Mexico). Check your own rate in your Airbnb account, and check how the fee applies to your cleaning fee and other host-added fees on one of your own earnings breakdowns — the kit’s workbook lets you set the cleaning fee separately.
